Miri Central Park is a public park about 15.7 acres in size which is located in a corner of the Marina ParkCity, a seafront development on reclaimed land that is at the Miri river mouth.
The park featured a three-mile network of paths and walkways lined with shady trees and lush landscaping ideal for walking, jogging and cycling with a 500-yard seafront boardwalk to give visitors the thrill and pleasure of being at the edge of water. An amphitheater for hosting cultural and live shows is located within the park, and it is envisaged that the park would be a venue for cultural, festive and entertainment events throughout the year. The highlights of the park includes Community Center, Central Fountain, Recreational Playground, Event Lawn, Formal Shaded Allee, Seafront Broadwalk & Linear Park
The Cache
The cache is located in a a more secluded area of the park for obvious reason. There are a few coconut palms nearby. This cache container is big enough for small TB and geocoins. There are a few swags inside for the early finders.
