Rock and a Hard Place Traditional Cache

This geocache is tucked into the rocks at the end of a short rock retaining wall. It is not the statue downstairs in the main part of the park. You have to go up the stairs on the left side of the park if you're facing it from the street. I'm talking about the side of the park that's opposite of the basin park hotel. At the very top of the stairs there should be a large statue of a woman covered in tiles. To the right of that statue there is a stone retaining wall. At the very end of the wall there's a gap that's kind of between the retaining wall and the rock formations next to it. It is in that cubby.
