Sometimes, after you've Commited a Punishable O'fence, especially if its not your First, Second, or even your Third O'fence, sometimes the sentencing can be severe. Sometimes, you may even receive an Elevated O'fence. Other times, you could get lucky and get away with it and have an Uncharged O'fence, especially if you have commited No O'fence. However, depending on the Nature of the O'fence or if you keep committing the same O'fence, it can be constrewed as a Re, Re, Re, Repeat O'fence. No matter what, if you are innocent of a Falsely Accused O'fence, then you may have a Dropped O'fence and everthing will be alright.
