Vas Sveti Vrh leži na nadmorski višini 380m. Tu je bilo utrjeno prazgodovinsko gradišče, v smeri proti Malkovcu pa je več halštatskih gomil. Na samem vrhu stoji cerkev Marijinega vnebovzetja, katera je prvič omenjena leta 1526. Cerkev je v jedru gotska stavba z ohranjenim gotskim portalom pod zvonikom in obodnim zidovjem tristranega prezbiterija, ki ima zazidano šilasto okno. Notranjščina je barokizirana. Glavni oltar iz leta 1797 obnovljen pa je bil leta 1865. Oba stranska oltarja sta iz leta 1799 s sočasnimi slikami v nastavku in atiki sta iz Postlove delavnice. Na vzhodni strani cerkve se nahaja tudi NOB spomenik.

The village of Sveti Vrh lies at an altitude of 380m. A prehistoric hillfort was fortified here, and there are several Hallstatt mounds in the direction of Malkovac. At the very top stands the Church of the of St. Mary, first mentioned in 1526. The church is in the core a Gothic building with a preserved Gothic portal under the bell tower and the perimeter wall of the three-sided presbytery with a pointed window. The interior is baroque. The main altar from 1797 was restored in 1865. Both side altars are from 1799 with contemporary paintings in the appendix and the attics are from Postl's workshop. There is also a National Liberation War monument on the east side of the church.
