Hipodrom Ljubljana oz. Hipodrom Stožice
Hipodrom Ljubljana oz. Hipodrom Stožice je stadion s krožno traso, dolgo natanko 1 km, kjer občasno potekajo konjske dirke, sicer pa je namenjen urjenju in dresuri konj. Tek po progi ni zaželjen, da obiskovalci ne bi po nepotrebnem vznemirjali konjev, kamnite tribune pa so kot naročene za oddih od mestnega vrveža in glasnih množic. Običajno lahko obiskovalci v miru prisluhnejo petju ptic in čričkov ter uživajo ob pogledu na Kamniško-Savinske Alpe ter bližnjo Šmarno Goro.
Hipodrom je od centra Ljubljane oddaljen komaj slabih 5 km.
Dostop do kamnitih tribun je možen preko Derbi bara (odprto vsak dan v tednu) ali preko SZ vhoda ob konjskih hlevih.

Hippodrome Ljubljana alias Hippodrome Stožice
Hippodrome Ljubljana is a horse race stadium with 1 km long circle track, where horse races are held only occasionally, while most of the time it is dedicated for training and dressage of horses.
Jogging along the track is not welcomed in order not to disturb the horses, however, the stone grandstands are recommended as a tranquil break from loud crowds and the city hustle. Usually, the visitors can enjoy in bird and cricket singing and in nice view of Alps and a local Šmarna Gora tracking point.
The hippodrome is only 5 km away from the city center.
Access to the stone grandstands is possible via the Derby Bar (opened each day of the week) or via the NW entrance next to the horse stables.
