This series of caches will take you places in Owensboro that were affected by the 2020 Pandemic. All stores in this shopping center were shut down during the Pandemic. You are searching for a magnetic cache, with a log only.

You will need to use some stealth- there will usually be cars and muggles around. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE CANDY IN THE CACHE BAG.
