Der Waldlehrpfad im Revier Oberhaag des Stiftes Schlägl wurde Ende der 1980er-Jahre angelegt. Einer der Initiatoren war DI Johann Reininger, damals Oberforstmeister im Stift Schlägl, dem beim Zugang eine Tafel gewidmet ist. Die kleine Runde sollte naturschonend – zu Fuß – in Angriff genommen werden. Auch wenn die eine oder andere Tafel in den vergangenen 40 Jahren etwas gelitten hat, sind die Pfade nach wie vor leicht begehbar. Je nach Leseintensität ist die Runde in etwa 20 Minuten zu bewältigen.
Stage 1: Gleich nach Tafel 1 folgt eine querformatige Tafel, auf der es um die Kiefer geht. Welche Ziffer kommt hier zweimal vor? Sie sei A.
Stage 2: Bei Tafel 4 nimmst du den 1. Buchstaben des 2. Wortes in der Überschrift. Lege ihn in der üblichen Weise um. Er sei B.
Zur nächsten Stage geht es nicht geradeaus auf dem breiten Waldweg weiter, sondern scharf nach links auf einem schmalen Pfad.
Stage 3: Und wieder eine querformatige Tafel. Wie groß war der BHD der größten Fichte im Kubany-Urwald. Die Ziffernsumme sei C.
Stage 4: Bei Tafel 6 fasst du den 2. Buchstaben des 1. Wortes in der Überschrift ins Auge. Lege ihn in der üblichen Weise um. Er sei D.
Stage 5: Auf Tafel 9 erfährst du Wissenswertes über die Sanfte Waldwirtschaft. Eine Beschränkung der Holzlängen auf max. … Meter erleichtert die Rückung, heißt es hier. Die Ziffernsumme der gesuchten Zahl sei E.
Stage 6: Am Ende des Waldlehrpfades, bevor du wieder auf die Hauptstraße triffst, siehst du nochmals eine querformatige Tafel. Welcher Baum gilt als die Mutter des Waldes? Sein/Ihr 4. Buchstabe sei, umgelegt, F.
So, nun sollte dein Cachemobil bzw. der Ausgangspunkt deiner Wanderung wieder in Sicht sein. Lass dich dort ruhig nieder, z. B. beim großen Stein am Eingang, und rechne.
