The Coosawhatchie River is a river in the U.S. state of South Carolina. It rises in Allendale County near the towns of Allendale and Fairfax and accepts drainage from Swallow Savanna, Harters Pond, Little Duck Branch, Duck Branch, Beech Branch, Blood Hill Creek, and Cedar Branch AND flows through Jasper County, SC . This is where you will get to visit the shores of the COOSAWHATCHIE RIVER. This river runs through many of the low-country counties. This boat ramp provides access to the Coosawhatchee (KOO · suh · HATCH · ee) River with some nice views. It is located in Jasper County , not far from I-95 Exit 28. This area has a public dock for fishing, crabbing, and boar launching. You may see muggles fishing and crabbing on the public floating dock.
