The cache is not at the published co-ordinates, if you go there to look for it you'll end up going around in circles.
In order to find this cache you need to complete the The Haligonian Adventure Lab caches which will take you on a walk through Halifax looking at some of the interesting historical buildings found there.
Once you have completed The Haligonian Adventure Lab caches you will have 5 journal entries. Read the journal entries and in each entry there will be a number up to four digits in length, make a note of each of these numbers and by using them as follows you can work out where the cache is hidden:
Halifax Minster = A (the sum of the numbers)
Woolshops = BC0
Piece Hall = 18DE
Square Church = 1FG1
Victoria Theatre = 18H9

Once you have solved the puzzle you will be taken to one of the oldest areas in Halifax that was once a bustling street, lined with rows of terraced cottages, all now sadly gone, only the original cobbled street remains.
