Everyday for 2 years I've driven past this location to get to work and I still haven't worked out why anyone would think that this is a good idea? Surely there's a better spot. There's a lake a short distance away. Maybe it's because someone decided there couldn't be more than one at the lake....... That one is facing the road. WT???
Just why?
I can't imagine it's getting much use. So why not give it a use? Cache holder.
