The building next to this cache was within 2 weeks opening when we experienced an EF-3 Tornado roll through our town on March 2, 2012. The whole roof was ripped off along with damage to almost every restaurant and building in the area. Some were completely destroyed and had to be demolished.
All my life I was told that a tornado would never touch down in the mountains but that day proved everyone wrong.
