Caching takes us to many picturesque places. Morfee Lake is one of them. A gravel road with the same name goes to First Beach, where residents spend many summer days enjoying the sandy beach. Further down the road is Second Beach and a boat launch.
As you may have guessed, Morfee Lake is like two water bodies, separated by a narrow strip of land and a short, shallow channel. If you like to take pictures, you can get a great one of the lake from the end of the trail. When the lake is calm, you can get a great mirror image of the hills across the lake.
