The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates. There is so much talk in the US about the electoral college, but do you know its early history? Answer these questions about the electoral college results and, more generally, US presidential elections that are all at least 200 years old. For words, take the initial letter; then for any numbers, take the ones place. The container is at North 38 AB.CDE, West 121 FG.HJK.

A. Home state of the candidate who denied Monroe a unanimous electoral win in 1820.
B. The smaller of the two states that didn't vote for Jefferson in 1804.
C. It was a close election in 1800, and Pennsylvania's electoral vote for President was especially close; this number of Pennsylvania's votes went to the winning candidate for Prez.
