Park Explorer #3? Traditional Cache

Ok Ok... maybe it isn't a park as much as it is a traffic island. But there is a lot of functionality here! There are flower boxes, sponsored areas, and mail boxes! Get a cache, send some mail, look at flowers. This is on a not so busy traffic circle but you should certainly use cuation when crossing. High muggle area, so use stealth.
