After finding GC8R660 "CHF Learns something", I thought it would be good idea to continue nice easy puzzles using different number systems so geocachers could have some additional lessons.
Numerals in this number system can be made from binary numerals by grouping consecutive binary digits into groups of three (starting from the right). This system is perhaps the least used of 4 major number systems, the other systems being binary, decimal and hexadecimal
