Geocache Description:

The cache is located near a small cut through from Broad walk to Newell Way in Darley Dale, Derbyshire. There are places to pull over on Broad Walk if you are driving past, but the best thing is to do it as part of a walk up from the Derwent Valley Heritage Way to either Darley Hillside or Hallmoor woods. You leave the Derwent Valley Heritage at a small playpartk and walk straight up through and ginnel and up through a housing estate, across the A6 at the pedestrian lights and on to Broad Walk (left of the chippy), careful not to miss the cut through on your right past the garages. It is easy walking to the cache from either approach. The container is a small, clear, round pot with Geocache symbol on it . Original contents: waterproof log scroll, pencil, and assorted kid friendly swaps. Enjoy and please post any comments that will help us improve future caches for families to enjoy.

From the cache you can return to Broad Walk and walk straight up to the woods and through to Hallmoor Road with Hallmoor woods and Darley Hillside beyond.
