Back in those pre pandemic days, Secret Santa always came to Newtownards. Well, this year he is at long last making a return visit and also has a few other things up his long, red sleeve. The wearing of Santa hats is optional.
Anyone who wishes to take part in Secret Santa should bring a wrapped present and place it in Santa's sack when you arrive at the downstairs function room. There is no obligation to take part but anyone who is should bring a present related to geocaching and spending no more than about £5 or £6.
There will be a quiz and more so be prepared to make teams of about three or four. After the quiz, one or two or all members of the team will be required to go outside. Bear in mind, it is December so please bring coats, boots, hats, scarves and whatever else. Oh yes, each team will need to have a GPS or app. A headtorch might be useful as well depending on how much daylight there is. Goes without saying, BYOP.
You are welcome to bring some nibbles for sharing but there is no obligation to do so.
