As I write this (5th June 2020) we are in lockdown and it is 74 days since my last cache find. I hope that by 5th May 2021 things will be more normal. That will be the date (all being well) that I fill my 366 calendar. At present I have 11 days to go, 3 in December and the rest in April and May. It would be lovely if caching friends old and new could come together on that date to celebrate 20 years of caching.
1st August 2021 Well things didn't work out quite as I thought, in the end I had 88 consecutive days with no caching. Although I did complete my calendar.
I have chosen Upton Country Park as the venue as I usually visit it once a week on Sundays to volunteer for junior parkrun (a great way to spend early Sunday morning. Do come and try it if you fancy volunteering) and I thought it would be nice to have an outdoors event (hopefully the weather will be kind to us) You might like to bring a chair and maybe an umbrella. Come for a short while or stay for the whole time. This date has no particular significance to me, but I hope that we can get together to celebrate that we can get together!
