Water has been pumped from the Burdekin River to Charters Towers since the the early 1900's.
This cache is near the junction of Waterworks Road and Weir Road.
Look between a couple of small stemmed trees
Either end can be unscrewed.
A cup maybe handy.
Replace the caps.
Don't lose it.
