This should be an easy find. It is on private property, but just barely. It can, and should be, accessed from the footpath without entering private property. NOTE: This cache is in place with the full knowledge and permission of the property owners - who are geocahing sympathisers.
Warners Ave Willoughby gets its name from J R Warner who established a dairy over 35 acres (14 hectares) from Sailors Bay Creek to Edinburgh Road, Northbridge. Cows from the dairy grazed on what is now Eastern Valley Way. Warner's motto was 'Service, hygiene and pure raw dairy milk'. He subdivided the dairy in 1942 and donated 5 acres to Willoughby Council for public recreation.
