FireflyAfrica: The area around Schoenmakerskop and Sardinia Bay has been desimated by a huge veld fire. It will take a couple of months for the vegetation to get going again. Maintenance will be done, and all my caches replaced as soon as the location is able to hide it again.

Geocache Description:

This interesting trail behind the houses in Schoenmakerskop was created by local resident Retha and her helpers. They took to the bush with chain saws and shovels and cut a path that has been filled with interesting and eclectic findings to create a lovely distraction for walkers. A lot of the things you'll encounter has a special story or personal link to somebody from the village.

The cache is located in a narrow section through the bush behind the houses at Bizwanis Corner. Count to ten and see if you can find the container hiding next to the path. Please replace as found.
