Urban cache, on private property with owner's permission, but directly accessible from a public sidewalk. May be somewhat challenging without the poem below, but quite easy with it. Re-creation of a prior cache that was down for maintenance for 18 months.
This cache is quite well hidden in a place you won't expect.
For most it's at eye level, no need to crane your neck.
Within a font of knowledge (though one that is quite wee)
With tools to fix velocipedes, use of them is free.
