In order to claim this find a few things will need to happen.
1) Go to GZ (Cache IS there) 
2) Determine the lock combo (Need a hint?) 
3) Pick any key (Well silly, not ANY key. Only ONE will open the lock.) 
4) Ya in? Good. Now another puzzle! 
5) Grab your UV Light 
6) Look around for the 3 numbers you need. 
7) Use your findings to open the lock and sign your name to the log.
