This collection of caches has nothing to do with the Church Micro series in the UK. Given that the Australian 2016 census indicates that No Religion and Jedi Knight are the fastest increasing classifications of the optional religion question "What is the person's religion?" it is not surprising that there is surfeit of empty churches that have been repurposed.

The church was opened in 1857 as the Methodist Free Church and became Baptist in 1861. The rendered stone building was built on Rowland Road, Hilton which became Burbridge Road and then Sir Donald Bradman Drive. In 1981 the defunct Baptist church adjacent to the Star Theatre was purchased by the council and joined via a foyer to the main theatre. The complex became known as Theatre 62 and The Chapel.
Collect the two years mentioned on the granite plaque on the chapel wall, ABCD and WXYZ.
