Cache is not at posted coordinates. You can park near there to get to the final. Solve the puzzle.
Led Zeppelin is a hint. I helped someone in New Jersey solve a similar puzzle. It wasn't until later that I realized Led could be LED which fits well with a 7-segment display. Sometimes I'm not very bright. If you don't know what a 7-segment display is, maybe you should investigate that.
Consider this a puzzle primer. What do you know about what coordinates you need? I said you could park near posted. So the final coordinates probably include N 40 03 and W 76 20. Use that to help you figure out the digits you don't know. Around here, we often write the coordinates with 7 digits for latitude and 7 digits for longitude even when there are zeros.
Look around for any hints in the cache description. Are there any pictures? I will walk people through solving this after FTF. Feel free to ask. Printing the puzzle may help.
When you go to find the container, realize the area is busy. Please pick up the container and move away from ground zero to sign. It is hanging but not attached. Container is not big enough for trackables.
