We have dragged our son all over the place doing geocaches. Some he liked and others he didn't. When we decided one year to try for 500 caches we spent some time doing the powertrails around Winnipeg to rack up some numbers. He was completely baffled by how easy they were to find. But that's the point! Here is the start of Dryden's first full-size powertrail. We hope to slowly add to it as time goes by, making it longer and longer. Once you find the first couple, the rest get easier and easier. They are not on the ground, but probably not accessible in winter if the snow gets too deep. This one is best done by bike or car, and we will endeaver to place them in places that are near good spots to pull over.
