Una serie di cache, di solito in uscita il 25 aprile, dedicate al ricordo di chi combattè contro l'oppressione dei nazi-fascisti per la libertà di noi tutti.

A Lecco, nella piazzettina che fa da ingresso al Liceo Grassi, è collocato il monumento ai caduti lecchesi nella lotta di liberazione.
Sulla sinistra un pannello informativo ricorda Don Giovanni Ticozzi. Egli ebbe un ruolo importante nella Resistenza lecchese: quando nel 1943 si formò a Lecco un Comitato di azione antifascista, Don Ticozzi vi entrò come rappresentante della parte cattolica. In seguito diventò presidente del CLN locale.
Don Ticozzi, preside del Liceo Manzoni, ebbe tra gli studenti Alberto Picco che operava nell'organizzazone clandestina locale. Don Ticozzi ne giustificava le assenze, ben conoscendone i motivi.

In Lecco, in front of the Grassi High School, there is a monument to the fallen from Lecco in the struggle for liberation.
On the left an information panel remembers Don Giovanni Ticozzi. He played an important role in the Lecco resistance: when an anti-fascist action committee was formed in Lecco in 1943, Don Ticozzi entered it as a representative of the Catholic side. He later became president of the local CLN (National Liberation Commetee).
Don Ticozzi, principal of the Manzoni High School, had among the students Alberto Picco, who was part of the local clandestine organization. Don Ticozzi justified his absences from school, well knowing the reasons.
