Balayang: I am regretfully archiving this cache since unfortunately there has been no action to restore it, or any communication from the cache owner, jamesknowlson, requesting additional time.

An ample opportunity has been provided for the Cache Owner to respond, but since this opportunity has been ignored, I can only conclude that the cache has been abandoned.

Caches archived under these circumstances are unable to be Unarchived, and this location is now available for the placement of a new cache, by somebody else.

Please Read The Description 

When arriving at GZ, you will arrive at a bench which sits before a scenic view of the harbour. Finding the location of the cache, should be instant. You may be able to see the log book, but you won't be able to reach for it. Within no further than a metre, is a box of tools that can assist you in getting the cache in hand. 
*Note* Recommend you attend at sunset (maximises the view) 

PLEASE....

1) Don't use brute force to access the cache 

2) Return the container holding the log book the right way up 

3) Return everything exactly how you found it
