I replaced the cache with a container similar to one I made several years ago. It's within 6' of the original location. I bumped up the terrain and difficulty half a point each. Let's hope that it does not mysteriously disappear.
The park will be closed to vehicles once the snow flies. You can park at the barriers and walk in.
I decided to get back in the hiding game with this cache in a nearby park. It's a good place to walk as there are winding sidewalks on level ground around multiple ball fields. When sports activities ramp up again, it could be busy in the afternoons and evenings. The cache is away from most active areas and requires a very short bushwhack. Weekends may be noisy if the motocross racers are zipping around at the adjacent track.
