This cache is a bonus cache for the Hooray for Hollywood Adventure Lab. The info below is not a puzzle. The coordinates for this cache are only found while doing the Adventure Lab.
The nearby horse business was built in 1981 and is considered a premier equestrian space with 75 acres of everything you might need to do with a horse. You can also have an event or wedding here or use it as a filming location.
They do not list what has been filmed here, and I’m sure it’s quite a lot, but I do know that the Polo Match from Pretty Woman, and scenes from Little Giants (1994) and the Beverly Hills, 90210 episode, Meeting Mr. Pony, were filmed here.
