This cache is dedicated to the little girl who shouted the above phrase at least five times from the nearby bridge as I was preparing to hide this cache. She seemed so excited, I didn't have the heart to yell back that I prefer the term "canoeist." Or that it was a kayak.
NJ requires one PFD per occupant in all canoes and kayaks. Children 12 and under must wear a PFD while on the water at all times. Paddle responsibly, know the risks, and practice safe boating procedures.
