Madawaskals: Paddle Caches on the Madawaska River System
We thought it would be fun to add some paddle caches to this end of the Lake Kamaniskeg - Madawaska River water system, near Combermere. This hide was placed by kayak but it is quite shallow near shore so it shouldn't be too tricky to find (take care if you are coming in with a motorized boat). There are several areas to put in on the lake system - the closest is the public boat launch at Mayflower Park off Hwy 62.
If you want to make a day of it, there are several other great boat access caches in the area for you to explore.
