A roadside pullout cache just slightly uphill from parking. Half of Canmore has water provided from an underground aquifer that runs below the mountains. This is one spot where the water reaches the surface and there is always a person pulled over filling up multiple water jugs. There is a sign indicating that the water has not been tested.
There are two trails into the trees, one to the spring and a second that runs next to where the cache has been hidden.
