For Half marathon training I usually do a 12 week regiment. This route is part of week 11 training and covers almost 19 km from my house and back. To do this in under the 3 hour allotted time, this is approximately the 1/2 way mark and I have to cross this section in an hour and a quarter (or less) - because the second half is harder lol. This is a pretty trail, and I've had many arguements as I travelled through here - like why do I do this to myself, really... these are the songs you think will carry you through a marathon and why didn't you bring more water lol.
