I have never been up here in the winter. I imagine the Waterman resort looks a little less haunted with snow and skiers all around, but until I see it for myself...relics like this host do not make this place seem any less ready to be used as a scene in a remake of The Shining. The open bathrooms had soap AND wipes during a COVID hike though, so that help make the place feel a LOT happier.
