This was formally a two stage cache at an easily accessible public park in West Milford. The first has been archived, and the coordinates are now for the original second stage. The cache is a camo screw top container with a log & pen and various other items.
It requires a short walk around to the other side of the lake, and a trail around the lake will get you to within about 100 feet, with only a short bushwack required. When the beach is open during summer months an attendant may be at the entrance, but as long as you don't plan on swimming you should be allowed access.
The signal here is a bit sketchy, so hopefully the clue will get you to GZ.
