Loraine Park is located off of Loraine Road just up from Route 271 in Nanty Glo. Loraine Road can also be accessed from Fords Corner Road off Route 22.

Loraine Park offers a large fishing pond with a nice walking path that encompasses the site with benches, swings and picnic tables. This is the location of the Annual Jackson Township Fishing Derby. Development of the park began when members of the Jackson Township Rod and Gun Club approached supervisors about a municipal fishing pond. The club and township worked together to procure a $275,000 donation for construction by CPV Fairview a Massachusett based company that is constructing a gas-fired electric generation power plant off Route 271 in Jackson Township. Numerous companies from around the area teamed up with equipment and material donations to make the dream come true...........Suggested parking coords are provided to help get you started on the walk to the cache .............Your looking for a PREFORM with a beautiful view of the pond area.....Log and pencil are provided to start but BYOP as backup...................Please make sure cache is hid out of site when replaced...........
