Hello KW! Twin Oaks Park Cache
We love our new city and have been looking forward to hiding some caches here. We decided to make "Hello KW!" our new cache series as we explore new areas and want to bring people along on our adventures.
This cache, the "Twin Oaks Park Cache" is third our series and was created by MiniMcCache. She actually put this cache together a couple of years ago to hide in Toronto but we never got around to hiding it. It was waiting for the right home and has now found its place here. Located along Cedar Creek in Twin Oaks Park, this cache is something to find while out and about in the Lakeshore neighbourhood of Waterloo, whether you are out for a stroll or biking on the lovely trail. While here, you may stop and enjoy a view of the creek or see some squirrels, frogs, chipmunks, rabbits, foxes or some other lovely critters.
** IMPORTANT: Please be mindful about what side you come from to retrieve the cache during school hours, as part of the Twin Oaks Park trail is along the school yard. I have included a trailhead to help. *
