PLEASE REPLACE THE CONTAINER EXACTLY AS FOUND! It will improve the experience of the next geocachers if you take a couple of seconds to replace the cache well. Please no pictures, they will be deleted.
Welcome to Avonmore Beach! This park/beach is a very pleasant area for kids, dogs, and adults alike. There is also a very nice view of the water and a couple islands in the distance. The cache is hidden not too far into the forest from the park area so some stealth will be required. In summer, you may want to bring some long pants as to not bring any unwanted stragglers home -- bug spray might be in order as well. Enjoy the area and happy hunting!
Edit: Unfortunately, the original cache container has gone missing completely. A 'substitute cache' remains in its place nearby (coordinates are updated). Sadly, this replacement is not nearly as exciting as the original, but it should hopefully be replaced with a newly crafted container in Spring/Summer 2024.
