This is a small cache with room for only tiny tradeables. There is plenty of parking and can be accessed night or day. The terrain is not difficult but it may be a bit rough for a wheelchair or stroller. While it could be a quick P&G, depending on your geosenses, it is not an LP. Happy caching!
