With great views in several directions, this cache location is a popular place for a walk, bike ride, or a run with your dog. I've spent many evenings up here enjoying fantastic sunsets, and maybe you'll see one as well. This cache should be a quick park and grab if your timing is right, or you just might have to wait around a bit before you're all alone.
