This is a simple offset multi.
Now rather forlorn and half forgotten looking, this drinking fountain originally stood some distance away on a triangle of grass at a road junction in front of The Court in the centre of the village of Hagley.
The fountain was erected in 1915. According to the plaque it was erected by the friends and neighbours of Mr & Mrs John Grazebrook of Hagley to commemorate the sixtieth anniversary of their wedding.
The Court was demolished in 1964 to make way for road widening and the fountain relocated here.
A few years ago, while caching in the area I walked by this commemorative drinking fountain and thought I'd put a cache here, took some photos and some cords, but then forgot all about it.
More recently I was caching in the area again and rediscovered it. I had some cache containers with me so placed one and here is the cache.
