One of the things I love most about geocaching is exploring the back streets of a place the CO wants to share with you. Like an insider’s view. And so, welcome to the Town of Stony Point in Rockland County, NY!
It is a 30-minute drive north of Manhattan, nestled at the foot of Bear Mountain State Park, bordered by the Hudson River and home to the historic Stony Point Battlefield.
This geocache introduces you to some of the wonderful activities available to residents and visitors! Standing near GZ, can you locate all 5 of them? (facing cache then turning right)
