Why would I want to bring you to a place like this? I discovered it by accident on a cycle ride. If you love peace, tranquility and solitude and the beauty of nature then this is for you.You can only get to this cache by foot, bicycle or horse. It is a haven for wildlife. Very quiet except for birdsong. After finding the cache follow the bridleway and it will lead you to a large heather and scrub heath surrounded by trees, No need to worry about muggles here, you will be lucky to see anyone at all. Perfect place for walking a dog. It is recommended you stay on the main paths. This place is my secret little gem and an area of Special Scientific Interest designated by Defra. You may see deer, rare birds and butterflies especially in the early mornings which is my favourite time. Its well worth walking on to the Heath after you have found the cache its only a couple of hundred metres further on. Just follow the Bridleway through the gate. It's a lovely walk. Enjoy!
The cache is packed full of things to trade. Please leave something of equal or greater value to keep this a quality cache and stopping it from being filled with rubbish. FTF please take your pick! A perfect size for leaving trackables. GZ can get a bit muddy at times in wet weather.
