The coordinates will land you in a parking lot above the Genesee River at the Hale bridge. This is a true PARK AND GRAB, on level ground not far from where you will be parked. It is big enough for small trackables. No need to worry about social distance because its out of town on a light traffic road !!!
This cache is named for RYA aka the GEOPUP, who started out as a service dog for a woman who then placed her with my GEOBUD Jinx's Dad 53,a RVN veteran like me. She would always wag her tail when she realized we were going on a cache run. Sometimes she would find the cache before the GPS, other times it would just be a pile of rabbit or deer scat. She was a real LOVE. If we ran into kids they would end up with a hug for her. During snack time she knew by poking her nose on our leg a peanut butter pretzel or two was soon to follow. Jinx's dad has placed a trackable[ TB 9414R] in Humboldt County, Ca., its mission is to some day find her GOOD friends here,Dungeon Charlie / Amazon Warrior.
If you are not from this area you will be BLOWN AWAY. I'ts said the Indian name, Caneadea, for this area is WHERE HEAVEN RESTS ON THE EARTH. It's not just the fishing, but many raft the Gennesee River. Close by are Allen and Rushford Lakes as well two of the most pretty parks, Letchworth and Alleghany State Parks.
