The actual geocache is not at the listed coordinates.  They will take you to the first part, where you will discover instructions to get to the cache.  The two parts are within fifty yards of each other.  Plenty of room for tradeables.

   Found something like this a few years ago in WV. TopGun52 put it together. I finally bought a collapsable ladder to put it into place but you don't need a ladder to find it. The GR Audobon Society birds down here every Thursday morning so this seemed an appropriate location.
