Hiding along a narrow single track OHV trail named "Benny Hill" in the Jordan Creek OHV area. The trail has a couple narrow bridges that cross the creek. Wear your boots on this one, this trail seems to be muddy even in the summer time. It offers great scenery and now has a geocache hiding along its path.
A OHV permit is required to operate an OHV on these trails, you are allowed to hike on them without a permit. If you choose to hike these trails, keep your eyes and ears open for aproaching OHV's and step to the side so they may pass you safely. More information about the permit, and links to downloadable trail maps can be found here https://www.oregon.gov/odf/recreation/pages/motorizedtrails.aspx Paper versions of the maps are available at the Tillamook Forestry Center, as well as the gas station located along Hwy 6. (55870 NW Wilson River Hwy, Gales Creek, OR 97117) It is recomended that you download this area for offline use using the geocaching app. Many of these OHV trails are on the "trails view" available to premium members.
You are looking for a 24 oz screw top container hiding at the base of a tree. A few toys and waterproof log waiting to be found. Adding pics to your logs is always appreciated, however not required.
CONGRATULATIONS TO trailtrekn FOR THE FTF!
