This location takes you to the far end of the hidden "Flying Crown" airstrip (referred by the locals as the Oceanview Airstrip) in Southwest Anchorage. The airstrip was developed before the 1964 earthquake and snuggles right up to the Alaska Railroad and behind the Oceanview homes for half a mile. I used to live in the neighborhood and owned a Citabra 7ECA which I parked only 3 spaces to the north of this cache location. Flying in and out of this airstrip was super fun, although a bit tricky as you had to drop in fast after clearing some powerlines on the opposite end of the airstrip.
Be careful of the muggles driving and walking in this area as it can get pretty busy. This is not like the last magnetic cache. This one is kind of a sly hide and partially visible if you are standing in the correct spot. Please replace as found and leave some of the cache visible for the next finder.
