We placed this cache for two reasons. First and most importantly, the views are amazing. And on a clear day you can see as far as Arran and its Goatfell peak. Secondly, it will help you stay on the right path between the The Covid Cairn traditional cache and the Killoeter - TB Hotel letterbox hybrid, thus avoiding fences. There are - of course - other ways to go between the two and it might be slightly shorter, but you would be faced with tackling heather bushes, soft going underfoot and last but not least, the crossing of three barbed wire fences.
The container itself is nothing to write home about but will give the number chasers and smiley collectors another point.
