Cyborg is a human cyborg who was born as Victor Stone. Victor's parents were scientists that often used him as a test subject when he was a child. One day, his parents accidently teleported an extra-terrestrial creature into their lab while conducting an experiment. The creature killed Victor's mother and severely mutilated Victor. Victor's father was able to send it back through the portal before it was able to kill Victor. Victor's father saved his life and had his body repaired with various metallic components. Victor eventually joined the Teen Titans and the Justice League, and became known as Cyborg.
Cyborg has superhuman strength and stamina. His fabricated body has advanced sensory systems & scanners, and also inbuilt weaponry that includeds a sonic cannon.
Cyborg's arch enemy is Deathstroke ( aka Slade).
He doesn't really have a weakness per se, other than his own constant internal battle of staying human rather than succumbing to his advanced technological body.
Cyborg made his first appearance in DC Comics Presents issue #26, in 1980.
